When the arrival of your package is completed, take a look for any damaged or the seal not to be broken, if you noticed anything like it, you're entitled to return it. For lost or damaged packages your complaint must be done directly with the carrier company. Our support staff will provide you with all the documentation at your request. We are not to be held responsible for any losses or damages during shipment and delivery.
Reimbursement and Returns
If your product is not what you thought it will be, you can always return it, just use the return sticker inside the package and send it back to us within 30 days of the date, but that's not all, we have two options for you:
- Exchange your product.
- Get a refund, not including shipping and processing fees.
Please remember credit card refunds are processed within 72 hours.
As soon as the product is received in our warehouse will start processing your request.

What to do if you received the wrong product?
Just send us an email we will provide you with further instructions, the product should be ship back to us 7 days after deliverance free of shipping charges.
We ship products via ground with a flat fee of $5; we ship your products within two working days after payment approval.
